Charlotte’s Web Management Team

Pam Katz (nee Stein) is the CEO and Founder of Charlotte’s Web Marketing. With over 15 years of experience under her belt, she has seen it all and experienced all the changes and growth in the industry since its inception.

Prior to launching her own company, she served as the Director of Online Marketing at FTD.com where she managed the P&L and all Online Marketing activities related to driving revenue for FTD.com. Before FTD, she was the Manager of Internet Marketing for United Airlines. She oversaw all online advertising for united.com and its various product lines. She managed United’s various ad agencies, working to develop and execute strategic media programs: banner, email, search and affiliate. She also lead the various teams (internal & external) that develop all creative support for united.com.

Pam has been working in the digital space since 1995 both on the client and agency side in Chicago, San Francisco and Orange County, Calif. She has worked in various industries such as travel, retail, automotive, consumer electronics, entertainment and many more.

Pam is very active in various online advertising industry groups and associations including the IAB, Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA), and iMedia as a Brand Summit Advisory Board member and contributor. She writes for various trade publications and has been a relentless advocate for the online marketing industry in the press and with internal teams and partners.

Pam graduated from University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana in 1994 with a dual degree in Marketing and Economics.
